ABOUT THE ARTIST

Born and raised in southeast Michigan, I began to study art in high school and continued my studies through college. I received a BA in Art and Environmental Studies from Western Michigan University in 2010. I have always drawn inspiration for my art through nature and the beauty of the world around me. Much of my work focuses on the beauty and grandeur of the Pacific Northwest, where I spent two summers, and from my home state of Michigan.
